At present, we only ship within the UK
We guarantee your items will be shipped the same day if an order is placed before 4pm. Any orders after this, will be shipped the following day.
Please note this applies to orders placed between Tuesday-Friday. Any order placed over the weekend will be shipped the next business day.
And order placed on a bank holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
The delivery fee is a standard rate for all UK orders.
Any order over £40 will automatically receive free delivery.
Once an order has been paid for online, the order will be processed. Therefore if you wish to cancel, you will have to follow the Return procedure.
All purchases during sales are non- refundable

If you change your mind about an order you will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods on feelgoodlashsupplies@gmail.com. Once you have contacted us, we will provide you with a return number. You then have 14 days to return the item back to us. Any delivery charges occurred during returns will not be refunded by Feel Good Lashes.
Once the goods have been returned back to us and we have checked the goods, you will receive a full refund of the goods at the price you had purchased the item (not including the delivery costs)
