a) The description and specification of products on the website are only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes that do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.

4. Ordering Products
a) You may order products from the website by submitting a completed order form through the check-out procedure.

b) We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the email address you have given and the sending of this email (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.

c) As soon as an order is placed via our website, we begin the process of picking, packing, and dispatching. This means that once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel, make any changes or additions.

5. Your status

By placing an order with us, you warrant that you are authorised and/or entitled to enter into legally binding contracts with us and that in doing so you will not breach any law or any obligation to any third party.  If you are an individual, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you will use the Products in strict accordance with all guidance and other requirements issued by us (including any set out on our Site) and (if applicable) any usage requirements or conditions specified by the Product manufacturer. We will only accept orders for any adhesives, or any Product containing any adhesives, from appropriately qualified Professionals and if you place an order for any such Product, you represent and confirm that you are a Professional and that you will use the adhesives in strict accordance with our requirements, including those set out on our Site.

6.Payment and Price 

The price of the products will be the price quoted on the website at the time we accept your order.

In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted on the website at the time we accept your order – unless you qualify for free delivery. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.

Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card, PayPal or by any of the other payment options specified on our Site. We shall be entitled to withhold delivery and/or cancel the Contract if we do not receive full payment from you in cleared funds. We will not charge your credit or debit card until we despatch your order but you should be aware that our payment processing provider will allocate the required funds at the point at which you place your order, such that the allocation will count against your current credit limit, despite the fact that the funds have not yet been deducted.

7.Delivery of Products

Any order made before 4pm will be shipped on the same day. This applies for orders made on Monday-Friday. Any order made after 4pm will be shipped the following day.

Any orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the next business day.

If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

8.Adhesive Products – Professionals Only

Adhesives are Products which carry a risk of personal injury if they are not used and applied properly by appropriately qualified professionals, by which we mean someone who (i) holds a certificate of competence in individual eyelash extension, and (ii) is proficient and knowledgeable in the use and application of all eyelash extension products, particularly adhesives, and (iii) is fully insured regarding the said use and application of eyelash products and adhesives (together, a ‘Professional’).

Feel God Lashes holds no liability for incorrect use due to not being professionally trained for the products in question.

Patch testing 

1. You are not required to patch test lash extension clients.
2. The client must be fully informed of the potential risks involved with lash adhesive reactions. This must be documented and signed by the client and lash artist to confirm that they understand and are happy to go ahead. The client should also be offered the option for a patch test if they have any concerns.
3. You must follow your insurers’ guidelines.

9.General
a) The products advertised on the website are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and also for business resale.

b) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to any contract between us so that no contractual rights are conferred on third parties.

c) Any contract between us shall incorporate these terms and conditions and be under English law. If there is any dispute, the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.

10.Consumer rights

Where you contract as a Consumer, each Contract is subject to your rights of cancellation set out in this clause.

In case if you change your mind and would like to cancel your order and receive a refund:

Contact us within 14 days of receipt of the items. We will then send you a refund number in order for you to return the items back to us. You will have 14 days to return the item. Once we have received the item and are satisfied it has been unopened and I damaged, we will process a refund within 14 days.

 The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day you (or anyone nominated by you) receive(s) the last of the Products;
